'Nothing is impossible if you put your mind to it.' - The Right Hon David Cameron MP
The 21st century should be about authentic leaders who empower others wherever we are and whatever our backgrounds - we generally share the same fears, concerns and desires.
I truly believe we are in a new era of massive change and consciousness and generally people are looking for deeper meaning in their lives. The state of humanity is down to the state of its thinking so the better you feel the more you allow. Why is this not taught in schools? I plan to change this.
The entire material world is nothing but vibration. It's been scientifically proven that our bodies are more influenced by our vibrational energy and thoughts than by DNA. Your life is reflected back to you by your vibrational thinking. The subconscious merely reflects your beliefs. Everything is created twice, first in the mind and then in reality.
Being self-aware is the key to becoming the master and not the slave of your mind. This fast-moving over-technicalised world we live in marginalises the soul and marginalises the spirit. As Arianna says, 'Disconnecting from the digital world will help you reconnect to your wisdom, intuition and creativity.' Now, isn't that more fun!?
When you're self-aware you become a seeker by understanding that your thoughts create your life. Spirituality, intuition and creativity are my guiding lights and I access them by going quiet. Allow yourself to rest. Your soul speaks to you in the quiet moments in between your thoughts. Meditation will take you to where you want to be - and is the fastest way of getting there. When you meditate in a quiet and relaxed state this allows you to balance emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. When you're in that quiet state your heart and mind are connected, so doing affirmations and thinking positive thoughts at this level are even more powerful.
And remember that a life lived without spirituality needs more and more of the material life to keep the sense of emptiness at bay! We know that mass consumerism has led to mass depression and that meaning has now become the new money where inventiveness and empathy predominate and 10 minutes of 'gratitude' a day can heal you! (Please read my blog 'Meaning is the New Money')
My own personal journey began when I wanted more balance in my life and to reduce stress and discover the meaning and purpose of life. So I left a successful career to learn and write about my spiritual path - I was determined to discover and understand myself better, so I took the road less travelled. I truly believe we are in a new era of consciousness and I wanted to help others to be part of the story unfolding by sharing a message of personal empowerment in co-operation with Spirit. By living in harmony with the forces of nature we can be, do and have anything we want - we just have to teach our subconscious minds to believe it and that we've already received it!
It's taught me to listen to my fantastic intuition and imagine the possibilities! Anyway, I've always believed "I create my life" and we do if we choose. You can choose to think in ways that will support you in your happiness and success instead of ways that don't.
Let's expect miracles to happen right now collectively - because our inner world creates our outer world. There is a saying that when a butterfly flaps its wings in Japan, the weather around the world changes. Along the same lines, when you change your thoughts, the change affects everyone. All energy travels in frequency and vibrations so by declaring what we want to happen and speaking of it out loud we move universal forces in our favour. Evidently, the energy field around our bodies can be 90 metres wide, so if we do this collectively and focus on thoughts of peace we can help the world raise its vibration.
Hold a vision for your joy and happiness and remember the power is within you!
Namaste.
